About the Opportunity
This role partners with retail, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to optimize end-to-end processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Power Apps, and automation tools. You will manage initiatives from initiation to rollout using a hybrid delivery approach.
What you'll do: • Lead requirements elicitation and process discovery for initiatives such as processing workflow improvement, production optimization, and accounting/finance enhancements. • Analyze and document business requirements, and produce high-quality BA deliverables including BRD/FRD, process maps, functional specifications, user stories (for Agile delivery), and clear acceptance criteria. • Partner with business owners, internal IT teams, and external vendors to translate requirements into feasible solution options, including configuration vs. customization considerations, and drive timely sign-off. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals, manage scope changes and dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across Waterfall milestones and Agile iterations. • Manage UAT end-to-end, including test planning, scenario design, execution coordination, defect triage, and verification of fixes prior to go-live. • Drive rollout readiness and hypercare support, including user communications and cutover readiness where applicable, and ensure smooth handover to support/operations teams. • Provide ongoing application support and maintenance, including issue investigation, impact analysis, coordination of fixes/enhancements with vendors/IT, and continuous improvement. • Prepare clear updates and materials for management and key stakeholders, including status, risks/issues, dependencies, and decisions required.
