- Native Greek and excellent English communication skills is a must (C1 both spoken and written) ;
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ;
- Attention to details;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Finance/legal background;
- Understanding of how taxes work in the EU (Greece mainly).
