Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.

Job Requirements

⏲工作时间：每周到岗 2–3 天（时间可灵活协商）

🎯 岗位职责
1.    负责样品管理相关工作，包括样品领取、寄送及状态跟踪
2.    协助部门进行文档整理与归档，确保资料规范、清晰，格式统一
3.    负责部门日常物品的管理与维护（如办公用品等）
4.    协助日常行政支持工作，包括来访接待、会议室预定及订餐等安排
5.    支持出差人员相关准备工作，如劳保用品领取等
6.    报表更新（周报、项目进度表）
7.    根据团队需要，完成其他临时支持工作
