This position requires immediate onboarding. • Job Responsibilities • Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable A-Level psychology teaching plan to ensure the quality of teaching. • Carefully prepare lessons, prepare teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan. • Carefully monitor students' learning status, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance. • Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching levels. • Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conduct scientific evaluations of students' learning situations. • Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning situations, provide feedback on students' performance at school, and promote home-school cooperation. Participate in relevant school activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks
