Your role：

• Optimize inventory structure according to annual business strategy and target to keep the balance between demand and supply, including slow moving inventory reduction.
• Continuously improvement of the information flow from sales forecast, demand planning, material planning, order handling, approach a transparent and efficient E2E supply chain information flow.
• Organize regular supply meeting across departments about demand and supply status, deviation analysis and potential risks with solutions.
• Optimize the supply chain process to ensure the smooth connection between upstream and downstream to build up a systematization, standardization and digitalization platform.
• Supply chain optimization projects management (i.e., digital supply chain, supply network setup and improvement, supplier management, transportation optimization).
• Department KPI tracking with solid analysis.
• Other tasks required by line manager.
• Ensure procedures are built and processed abiding by company‘s Quality and ESH requirement.

Who you are：

• Bachelor degree, above 5-year experiences of planning, inventory management and logistics projects management in industry manufacturing.
• 5+ years planning or equivalent experience in Supply Chain.
• amiliar with each section of supply chain business, those with relevant Power BI or digital experience are preferred.
• Clear logic, good communication and coordination, perform under pressure, outward mindset with innovative thinking, strong teamwork spirit.
• Familiar with excel, ppt and other Microsoft office software, higher sensitivity to data and making reports.
• luent in English and familiar with SAP.
