- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels
- Experience setting a drain and installing valves
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
