We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who will serve as the primary on-site technical expert, supporting deployment, configuration, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities within a customer environment. This role is ideal for a specialist with strong infrastructure and operational experience who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with remote engineering and product teams. Responsibilities • Install, configure, and support local server-side software components. • Support local environment setup and configuration of server and viewer-related components. • Manage and support secure data preparation, upload, and processing workflows. • Develop and maintain basic orchestration and automation scripts. • Monitor technical environments and proactively troubleshoot issues. • Investigate problems related to setup, configuration, data uploads, processing steps, and environment stability. • Maintain setup documentation, troubleshooting records, and operational procedures. • Communicate effectively with remote product and vendor technical teams in English. • Escalate product-specific, environment-related, and data-quality issues to appropriate technical stakeholders. • Work predominantly on-site at the customer location in Kyiv, depending on project needs. • Act as the main technical representative on-site while coordinating with remote support teams.
