About the RoleThis position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented analyst with experience in finance or supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for managing key NetSuite workflows, ensuring accurate landed cost data, and supporting essential audit processes. Your work will play a critical role in shaping operational efficiency and financial clarity for the company.

Responsibilities • Manage NetSuite workflows for purchasing, inventory receiving, and landed-cost tracking • Reconcile freight, duty, and tariff costs to ensure accurate and real-time visibility of COGS • Build and maintain advanced Excel models (Power Query, pivot tables, macros) for KPI reporting • Investigate cost and inventory variances with logistics partners and internal teams • Support new SKU rollouts and contribute to streamlining close timelines • Prepare clean, organized schedules and documentation for the year-end audit process • Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights to end-users across departments
