Role Overview: We’re seeking an AI‑Specialised Creative Strategist who is eager to train in prompt engineering and AI-driven content creation—focused on high-performing, direct‑response marketing. You’ll lead the creative process for persuasive ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, working collaboratively with media buyers, designers, and copywriters.

Key Responsibilities: Prompt & AI Workflow Engineering: • Train in best practices for prompt design and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, generative tools). • Iteratively develop AI-generated ad copy, hooks, visuals, and scripts to fuel rapid ideation and A/B testing.

Creative & Strategic Campaign Design: • Translate data insights and trend research into breakthrough direct-response ad concepts. • Author creative briefs, narrative structures, story arcs, and conversion-centric messaging. • Integrate storytelling with psychology-informed strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.

Performance & Iteration: • Monitor & analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion, retention). • Iterate and optimize campaigns using data-driven feedback, split testing, and trend tracking.

Trend & Market Research: • Maintain frontline awareness of emerging platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior in the e‑commerce space. • Keep pulse on competitors and demographics to ensure creative relevance and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work with copywriters, designers, media buyers, and analytics teams. • Help streamline campaign workflows and creative production pipelines using automation and AI tools.
