As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking a seasoned Meta Media Buyer with deep experience running performance-driven campaigns for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food and beverage brands.
Role Overview: The Expert Meta Media Buyer will own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. You will leverage your CPG expertise, audience insights, and testing frameworks to drive measurable growth, improve ROAS, and support brand-building initiatives across high-volume paid social programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a focus on CPG food & beverage products. • Develop full-funnel paid social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) tailored to CPG consumer behavior. • Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify high-performing cohorts. • Continuously optimize campaigns through structured testing—creative, copy, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies. • Work closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts, angles, hooks, and iterations based on performance data. • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI. • Monitor analytics, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders. • Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, CPG category trends, and changes in consumer habits to keep campaigns competitive.
