Key Responsibilities• Proactively source, engage, and build high-quality talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify and engage top-tier candidates • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and ideal candidate attributes • Craft and execute personalized, high-conversion outreach campaigns and follow-up messaging • Rapidly surface qualified candidates while adapting sourcing strategies to shifting business priorities • Conduct thorough initial candidate screens to assess experience, competencies, and motivational fit • Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience from first contact through interview scheduling • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline activity and sourcing performance
