Apply NowAn Acts 29 Church in Maputo Mozambique is looking for a “Director of Development of Strategic Church Planting Partnerships." For 1-2 years this person would build and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, denominations and organizations around the world, with view of strengthening the effort of the church planters recruited, trained and sent out from our church. His role would in addition involve constant visitation and interaction with the church planters with the view of communicating effectively with potential church planting partners the efforts of the church planters and related partnership opportunities.
Acts 29 is looking for American workers who will join the staff of these churches for a year. Typical American cross-cultural missions has sought to take the lead on the mission. While that was important in the 20th Century, 21st century American work to Africa needs to come underneath the leadership of the existing African church. As a learner and a servant.
The A29 church in Lilongwe is looking for a ministry worker to lead outreach to the university campus in the city and to plug those students into the life of the church. They are also starting an internship for church planters that will allow you to partner alongside of them in the church plants.
