Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, social media, and referrals, ensuring prompt and professional communication. • Guide families through the intake process with empathy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Collect and verify relevant documentation, including insurance information and patient details. • Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. • Provide follow-up support to ensure families feel welcomed and informed throughout the intake process.
