Ensures supplier compliance with quality standards and specifications through audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements

自動車向け電子接続部品の品質管理業務

- 仕入先との間で実施する APQP / PPAP プロセスのオーナー。
- 新規サプライヤー評価・監査を対応する。
- プロジェクト品質担当、プロジェクト内で技術および実現可能性のレビュー。
- 製品評価計画の策定、評価業務の対応。
- 測定検証。サプライヤーとの測定相関を対応する。
- 主にプロジェクト内で発生する苦情処理 / 問題解決 (8D)を対応する。
- 主にプロジェクト内で発生する工程変更に伴う品質保証計画の立案/評価（初期工程検査と工程能力の把握など）の実施。
- コネクタや、Data Connectivity製品、Sensor 等、戦略製品のAdditional および Replace Project の対応。

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻：理工学部（電気工学、機械工学、工業工学、または関連分野の学士号）
・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
　　　　　　英語 - 中級程度以上（目安TOEIC600点）
　　　　　　　　　　　※社内外の海外拠点と日常的にメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換や出張の機会多数あり。
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕）

<必須条件>
・ 自動車業界のサプライヤー APQP プロセスにおける経験。
・ 自動車業界の品質部門での経験。（設計や生産技術、製造技術経験も歓迎）
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に品質対応ができる方。 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方。
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方。

< 歓迎条件>

・ VDA 6.3、IATF16949、5コアツール、QC7つ道具、その他の自動車規格に関する知識。
・ 自動車業界のお客様との折衝など経験がある方歓迎致します。（お客様要求事項の理解度が高い方歓迎）
・ 英語力（メール対応）
