We are seeking 2 passionate AI developers to join our growing team. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in turning the company’s AI ambition into production‑ready solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the AI & Automation product team consisting of 6 colleagues, and report to Babak Bajelan, People Leader, who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup, DK.

You are comfortable contributing beyond pure development by supporting testing, validation, compliance or project management activities related to the team’s AI & Automation solutions.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled and automation solutions using a code-first approach in Azure, including backend services, APIs, and integrations in Python.
  • Develop and apply Generative AI / LLM-enabled solutions, such as context engineering, RAG, evaluation, agent or prompt flows, and monitoring, using relevant Azure AI services.
  • Contribute to quality, testing, and release readiness, supporting or driving test activities, validation tasks, and required documentation depending on solution risk.
  • Translate business needs into technical tasks and requirements, breaking work down into user stories and deliverables in Azure DevOps.
  • Take ownership of initiatives or workstreams, planning your own tasks, coordinating stakeholders when needed, and helping move delivery forward end to end.
  • Produce clear technical and delivery-related documentation to ensure maintainable, transferable, and auditable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely across disciplines, working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver practical, production-ready AI solutions.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field – and 3-5 years of experience within AI development and test/validation.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Strong experience with Python and hands-on AI solution development.
  • Experience building solutions on Azure.
  • Practical experience with GenAI / LLM-enabled solutions.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Interest in contributing beyond pure development (testing, validation, coordination), depending on need and competence.

And experience with one or more of these areas:

  • Test management or structured testing experience.
  • Validation, compliance, and experience from a regulated environment.
  • Experience coordinating projects or workstreams.

Travel: 0-10 days per year.
