As our AI Engagement Manager, you are the primary driver of AI execution on the ground. You will work with the Enterprise AI team to set the strategic direction for Horizontal and Vertical AI priorities, and you own execution and value for your organization. This includes scaling strategic initiatives, surfacing the highest-value use cases back to the global pipeline, and capturing financial value for reinvestment.

You are also the first line of offense for AI adoption, serving as the hands-on force directly training your teams and orchestrating your regional network of AI Ambassadors. You cultivate your own AI skills with the latest CP tools, and advise your organization on emerging opportunity areas, in concert with enterprise partners & plans.

Responsibilities

  • Scale Vertical AI Initiatives Execute enterprise strategic AI initiatives within your division or function, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs that drive tangible business value across brands and markets.
  • Lead Divisional/Functional Priorities Map and assess the division's/function’s unique workflows to identify where AI can fundamentally change how work is done. Establish and execute top priorities to compliment enterprise Vertical priorities.
  • Surface and Share High-Value Use Cases Continuously identify, validate, and share the most impactful AI opportunities within your organization — feeding a live pipeline of use cases back to your AI Transformation peers and the enterprise AI team to inform enterprise-wide scaling priorities.
  • Drive Horizontal AI Utilization Lead hands-on AI training and enablement for your divisional workforce. Use your own adept skills with advanced AI tools (Gemini, notebookLM, etc) to build training and create valuable and ‘sticky’ use-cases and drive high-value utilization.
  • Orchestrate Regional AI Ambassadors Coordinate and energize your network of AI Ambassadors, aligning their efforts with divisional priorities, running training and enrichment activities, and ensuring consistent execution and momentum across hubs/sub or sub-functions.
  • Capture AI Value Track and report the tangible value generated (both FTG and growth opportunities) by AI initiatives within your division/function. Establish consistent reporting cadences with your organizational leadership, and create feedback loops so data-driven insights continuously sharpen strategy and execution.
  • Local Risk & Governance Lead Serve as the primary safeguard for AI risk and compliance within your division/function. Partner with the Global AI Governance team to ensure all local initiatives meet global standards and regional regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, local data privacy laws).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years experience within a FMCG/CPG environment with a strong understanding across operations
  • Hands-on experience using the latest AI tools in a business context — whether in marketing, supply chain, finance, commercial, or operations
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and actively use AI tools and systems; you don't just direct AI work, you do it.
  • A track record of delivering measurable results in complex, cross-functional environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with Colgate-Palmolive's business, where value is created, how teams operate, and where AI can meaningfully change outcomes.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can run workshops, brief executives, and energize teams
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast, without waiting for perfect information
