- 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer in a commercial software development setting
- Computer Science or related degree
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection and optimization
- Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Highly-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded, high EQ
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Interest in video technology in general
- Experience with CI/CD a plus
