About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and operational management of AI platform components within our solution ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, backend, and data teams to enable reliable AI model serving, orchestration, and integration across production environments. You will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, environment management, operational support, and smooth deployment processes for AI-powered systems and services. Key Responsibilities• Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of AI platform components and services. • Enable and support AI model serving, orchestration, and operational workflows across different environments. • Configure and maintain environments required for AI systems and integrations. • Support the integration of AI services into the broader system architecture and backend platforms. • Monitor platform reliability, operational stability, and environment performance. • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational support for AI-related services and deployments. • Manage access control, environment configuration, and deployment coordination activities. • Collaborate closely with backend, platform, and data engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations. • Participate in deployment planning, release support, and production operations activities. • Contribute to improving platform scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
