AI Product Manager (Remote)

Your mission at WorkNomads:  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities. • Translate user feedback, behavioral data, analytics, and market insights into product decisions. • Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape and deliver innovative AI-powered experiences. • Lead product discovery initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and experimentation. • Drive product-market fit validation through continuous testing and learning. • Develop and execute strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and long-term product adoption. • Monitor and optimize key product metrics and success indicators. • Collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams to ensure responsible and trustworthy AI experiences. • Work with Customer Support and Operations teams to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement. • Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Leadership, and Customer-facing teams. • Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
