AI Software Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to lead the development of intelligent software solutions across our industrial applications. This role bridges modern AI technologies (LLMs, predictive analytics, edge AI) with scalable software engineering practices. Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with Development Managers to identify AI/ML opportunities • Conduct feasibility studies for AI-enhanced system upgrades • Design scalable, microservices-based software architectures • Architect AI inference systems optimized for cloud deployment • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines • Develop predictive maintenance models using sensor data • Implement real-time anomaly detection solutions • Contribute to digital twin and energy optimization initiatives • Write secure, clean, and production-grade code • Review code with focus on AI safety, performance, and scalability • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Document AI model behavior, limitations, and system architecture • Train staff on AI-assisted workflows and system usage
