AI Solutions Engineer (Integrations & Automation)

We are seeking a versatile and proactive AI Solutions Engineer with 2 years of experience to spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence across our organization. The ideal candidate is a "builder" who can look at a departmental challenge and determine the best path to a solution—whether that is building a custom integration in Dynamics 365, configuring an automated workflow via Zapier, or deploying a standalone AI agent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these tools, from initial discovery to final deployment and maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Cross-Functional AI Deployment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify manual processes that can be enhanced by AI (e.g., lead enrichment, sentiment analysis, or automated reporting). • Workflow Automation: Design and manage complex automated workflows using Zapier, Make, or Power Automate to connect disparate tools with AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). • CRM Enhancement: Implement AI-driven features within Dynamics 365 for Sales to improve data hygiene and sales team productivity. • Custom Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine high-quality prompts and "GPT" style agents tailored to specific departmental needs. • Tool Evaluation: Research and pilot emerging AI tools to determine their feasibility and ROI for our specific business use cases.
