Role PurposeAt Rydoo, we believe AI is not just a technology shift, but a cultural and operational transformation. To accelerate this transformation, we have created the Rydoo AI Guild, a cross-functional group of AI champions helping drive adoption, experimentation, and impact across the organization. Until now, the Guild has been composed of contributors balancing this role alongside their primary responsibilities. We are now introducing a dedicated, permanent role to maximize its impact. The AI Guild Lead will act as the central driver of AI culture, adoption, and coordination across Rydoo. This is a highly transversal role at the intersection of technology, operations, and change management.

The RoleYou are the engine behind Rydoo's AI adoption. You will work closely with the AI Guild, functional teams, and leadership to turn AI from scattered initiatives into a structured, measurable, and scalable capability across the company. You are not here to "do AI alone", but to enable the entire organization to leverage AI effectively. This role reports to the CEO (initially), with potential evolution as the organization scales.

ResponsibilitiesAI culture & adoption • Drive AI literacy and usage across all teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) • Ensure AI becomes part of day-to-day workflows, not isolated experiments • Define and promote best practices for responsible and effective AI usage • Contribute to building a strong internal AI culture (events, rituals, communication)

Guild orchestration • Lead and coordinate the Rydoo AI Guild • Structure Guild initiatives, priorities, and outputs • Ensure continuity despite member rotation • Facilitate collaboration across functions and ensure balanced representation

Use case identification & execution • Identify high-impact AI use cases across the organization • Help teams prioritize and execute these use cases • Support teams in moving from ideas to real, measurable outcomes • Ensure learnings are shared and scaled across the company

Tooling & enablement • Help evaluate and guide the selection of AI tools (company-wide and team-specific) • Ensure coherence in tooling choices across the organization • Support onboarding and effective usage of selected tools (e.g. Claude or others) • Act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs

AI governance & responsible usage • Promote safe and compliant use of AI tools (data privacy, security, policies) • Work with IT/Security and Legal when needed • Help define guardrails without slowing down adoption

Measurement & impact • Define KPIs to track AI adoption and impact (productivity, quality, speed) • Monitor progress across teams • Ensure AI initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes

What success looks like (12-18 months)• AI is widely adopted across teams with clear, structured usage patterns • Multiple high-impact AI use cases are deployed across functions • The AI Guild is a recognized and effective driver of change • Employees are more autonomous and confident in using AI tools • Measurable productivity and quality gains are visible across the organisation • AI usage is both ambitious and responsible (secure, compliant, relevant)
