We are seeking for a ATM Senior Systems Engineer for our operations in Skopje, that will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and security of automated teller machines (ATMs). This role requires expertise in ATM and PC software, networking, ATM security, add-on software solutions, and electronic journal analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver technical support, implement solutions, and ensure the optimal performance of ATMs.
Responsibilities • Install, configure, and upgrade ATM software, integrating add-on solutions such as marketing displays, remote management tools, and reporting systems. • Configure and troubleshoot ATM networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless), resolving connectivity issues between ATMs, servers, and banking systems. • Implement and maintain ATM security protocols, including encryption, firewalls, and anti-skimming solutions, monitoring vulnerabilities against cyber and physical threats. • Analyze electronic journals (EJs) to investigate transaction discrepancies and provide actionable resolutions. • Provide guidance and training on ATM software and security to relevant stakeholders. • Oversee design, development, support, and documentation of ATM software solutions. • Manage the software support process, ensuring compliance with company quality standards. • When needed collaborate with clients, sales colleagues, and partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Maintain service records and prepare reports on ATM performance, uptime, and recurring issues.
