To oversee its management and strategic development, the HEC Lausanne Executive Education (EEHL) program is seeking an academic leader

Job information

Expected start date in position : as soon as possible

Contract length : permanent contract (CDI)

Activity rate : 80%

Workplace : Extranef building, campus Dorigny

Your responsibilities

In your functions, you will have to :

• Define and ensure the implementation of EEHL’s educational vision ;
• Develop and revise programms, ensure educational consistency, and integrate new teaching methods ;
• Define the academic recruitment policy for faculty and participants ;
• Represent Executive Education HEC Lausanne at events.

Your qualifications

In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills :

• Holder of a Ph.D. in the social sciences or an equivalent degree, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the dynamics of higher education and research ;
• Pedagogical expertise: proficiency in instructional design, assessment, and pedagogical innovation (active learning approaches, blended learning, project-based learning, etc.) ;
• Program management: proven experience in the design, coordination, and oversight of educational programs ;
• Knowledge of international accreditation standards and processes (EQUIS, AMBA, AACSB, etc.) ;
• Experience in team leadership and management within an academic environment ;
• Strategic vision, project management, analytical and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication ;
• Proficiency in educational and collaborative digital tools and academic performance data analysis ;
• Native French or English speaker with a minimum C1 level in the other language.
