About the Client Our client is a fast growing US based company in the marketing technology space, focused on helping businesses create and send highly personalized direct mail campaigns at scale. Their platform combines automation with physical outreach, allowing marketing and customer success teams to execute targeted campaigns through personalized mail and printed materials. They are a remote first company with a global team and are currently expanding their Customer Success operations. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Account Coordinator to support the Customer Success team in managing and executing client campaigns. This is a hands on, execution focused role where you will be responsible for keeping projects, data, and communication running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and properly executed. The role involves a mix of coordination, data handling, template review, and campaign support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with structure, details, and fast paced environments.
