Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical or financial product, with a track record of top performance in business development and outbound sales.
• Strong inside and outbound sales experience with demonstrated success winning customers intrading and distribution within South Korea.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and solution-selling skills tailored to distributor-specific needs; experience identifying and influencing multiple key decision-makers and stakeholders across finance, treasury, operations, procurement, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi-product sales, progressing opportunities through multi-stage sales cycles, including FX pricing, multi-currency settlement terms, and risk considerations.
• Strong analytical skills and an organized, data-driven way of working, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
• Familiarity with Korea’s cross-border trading corridors (e.g., KRW–USD/CNY/JPY/EUR) and a customer-first approach to solving payments, collections, payouts, and treasury challenges.
• Nice-to-haves: Holds an accredited certification for the completion of FX training provided by KBI or KIFIN #Seoul
