With a robust team of over 60 professionals, they leverage specialized SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media teams to drive growth for law firms. They are a "client-first" organization that values craftsmanship in marketing and long-term, win-win partnerships. About the RoleOur client is seeking a Senior Account Manager who is a proactive "builder" and problem solver. Reporting directly to leadership, you will manage a book of approximately 30 accounts, acting as the strategic bridge between law firm owners and internal execution teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who can identify client needs before the client even voices them. You won't just follow a script; you will help formalize and mature the agency's account management processes to ensure world-class retention and growth. Key Responsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of legal clients, ensuring their business goals align with agency execution. • Identify potential campaign or relationship "pain points" preemptively and coordinate with SEO and Paid Media teams to resolve them. • Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to help clients scale. • Assist in formalizing account management workflows, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack. • Lead internal alignment meetings with specialized managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Lead internal alignment meetings with SEO, PPC, and Social Media managers to translate client goals into technical action items. • Present performance insights and lead regular strategy calls with law firm stakeholders. • Maintain meticulously organized project logs, client briefs, and status updates in HubSpot and Monday.com.
