Job SummaryAs an Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and our laboratory operations. This is not a standard customer support role; we are looking for a commercially-driven, relationship-focused professional who can navigate the complexities of a technical, scientific, and highly regulated B2B environment. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving high retention rates, and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio. If you are a calm, highly organized communicator who thrives on managing multifaceted projects and maintaining long-term trust with sophisticated stakeholders, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing expectations and laboratory timelines with precision. • Own the commercial health of your accounts, including responsibility for renewals, retention, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion by understanding client needs and technical requirements. • Coordinate multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication between the client and the internal technical team. • Handle account escalations with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues while maintaining the long-term integrity of the partnership. • Maintain meticulous records within HubSpot to track client interactions, project status, and revenue forecasts. • Monitor key performance indicators such as reorder rates, logo churn, and client satisfaction scores.
