YOUR ROLE

The Account Manager serves as a trusted partner for customers using Diagnostic and Regulated Materials, with a special focus on in vitro diagnostic manufacturers within the Nordics. This field-based role involves delivering tailored solutions that ensure smooth workflows and operational success. Managing an assigned territory, the focus is on uncovering unmet needs, growing market share, and introducing innovative opportunities to R&D teams. Customer insights and data drive the development of strategies aimed at boosting loyalty and expanding product integration. The role requires collaboration across teams, providing expert guidance, and participating in trade events. Regular travel within the territory is expected, offering ample opportunities for career growth and impactful contributions.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field; an advanced degree or MBA is highly valued.
  • Brings field sales experience within diagnostic or regulated materials, pharmaceutical, IVD, or industrial sectors.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of either the IVD/Industrial product development and manufacturing cycle, clinical testing development, or pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
  • Demonstrates skill in diagnosing customer needs and delivering scientific product solutions.
  • Consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets while negotiating supply agreements with strong price discipline.
  • Proficient in English and in Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian.
  • Comfortable with travelling within the Nordic countries and has a valid driver's license.
