Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting customer retention, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Account Management & Customer Support

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of national and key customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Support onboarding, contract implementation, and service transitions
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and pricing within CRM systems
  • Monitor account activity to identify risks, trends, and opportunities

 

Service Delivery & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, customer service, compliance, and finance
  • Ensure services are delivered seamlessly and in line with customer expectations
  • Track and follow up on customer commitments and internal actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

 

Commercial Support

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support contract renewals, pricing reviews, and service variations
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and service recommendations
  • Monitor account performance, revenue, and margins
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual and compliance requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support roles
  • Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, service-based environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Experience managing national or multi-site customers (desirable)
  • Exposure to contract management, pricing, or commercial processes (desirable)
  • Experience in compliance-driven or regulated industries (desirable)
