Account Manager

Location: Shanghai, China Start Date: ASAP Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client communications, driving project delivery, and ensuring our marketing and advertising campaigns meet high standards of performance and creativity. 

Key Responsibilities:

Your core duties will include, but are not limited to: • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing all related activities. • Leading the planning, execution, and review of advertising and marketing projects. • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback. • Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status. • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. • Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development. • Supporting and training junior account executives as needed.
