Role SummaryThe Account Manager at Homey is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our referrers to drive business growth and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role combines client management, sales support, and strategic account planning to maximise revenue opportunities and enhance long-term partnerships.  Key Responsibilities - • Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, and expanding account value • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, resolving issues quickly and professionally • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, customer support) to deliver seamless service and onboarding • Prepare and present account reports, performance metrics, and insights to clients and management • Keep track of our communication channels to ensure clients are getting responded to
