Your role

  • Strategic Account Management: Establish and achieve annual sales targets for Pigment and Active ingredient product lines targeting major domestic cosmetic brands and OEM/ODM customers.
  • Technical Sales & Solution Proposal: Communicate closely with customers' formulation researchers to provide color expression solutions using our Pigment portfolio and formulation guides based on efficacy data for Active ingredients.
  • Global Communication: Liaise closely in English with Product Managers, Marketing, and Technical Support teams at the German Headquarters (HQ) to promptly introduce the latest product information and technical data to the domestic market.
  • New Business Development: Analyze cosmetic market trends (e.g., Clean Beauty, High-performance) to proactively propose our raw materials suitable for customers' new product concepts and create new projects.
  • Multifaceted Networking: Build strong partnerships with decision-makers not only in R&D labs but also in product planning, procurement, and marketing departments to solidify our position as a strategic partner.
  • HQ Reporting & Data Management: Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems and regularly report domestic market conditions and sales performance to HQ in English.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Service, SCM, and Marketing teams to ensure prompt responses to customer requests and provide an optimal customer experience.

 

Who you are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or a related STEM field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in cosmetic raw material sales (especially Pigments or Actives) or related technical sales.
  • Language Skills (Mandatory): Proficiency in English communication (Writing & Speaking) to perform duties smoothly with the German headquarters.
  • Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Deep understanding of cosmetic formulation principles, pigment dispersion/coloration, and efficacy mechanisms of active ingredients to enable technical consultation.
  • Sales Capability: Consultant-level sales skills and excellent negotiation abilities to analyze customers' technical limitations and match them with optimal raw materials.
  • Digital Proficiency: Excellent skills in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, and proficiency in actively utilizing AI tools and digital technology to enhance sales productivity.
  • Mindset: An open mindset suitable for a global collaboration environment, a proactive attitude, and strong execution skills to achieve goals.
