The role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to manage and grow an existing portfolio through proactive telesales. This role is all about building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth while delivering a great customer experience. This is a fixed term full time role until mid October 2026, covering a parental leave secondment.

What you’ll be doing

• Grow revenue within an existing customer base through regular outbound calls
• Build strong relationships and identify share of wallet opportunities
• Manage a structured call cycle to drive engagement and retention
• Monitor account performance and act on gaps in activity or volume
• Handle pricing discussions while maintaining margin and value
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and forecasting
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs

• Experience in telesales, account management, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on results
• Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confidence handling objections and customer conversations
