Account Success Managers

We’re proud to collaborate with leading names in the iGaming industry, helping them streamline transactions and grow with confidence. We are looking for two Account Success Managers to join our team and support merchant onboarding, post-live optimisation, and long-term satisfaction within our payment gateway and acquiring infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Tech, and BI teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless go-live, and high transaction approval rates for our merchants.

Responsibilities:• Support merchants in group chats and one-on-one communication post-deal. • Guide merchants through application and MSA signing. • Coordinate technical integration to ensure successful go-live. • Analyze declined transactions and approval ratios, identifying improvement opportunities. • Promote new services and product features to existing clients. • Maintain and improve merchant satisfaction metrics and operational performance.
