As an Accountant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly across our Central Asia trip operations. You’ll be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions in a timely manner, while supporting payments, payroll activities and day-to-day finance tasks.
Collaboration is key in this role – you'll work closely with our Tour Leaders to ensure their accounts are accurate, reconciled, and ready for each trip. You’ll also support the reconciliation of trip expenses and payments made from our Uzbekistan office, along with bank and general ledger reconciliations.
You’ll help keep our finance documentation and administration on track, supporting import and export documentation, 1C postings, supplier invoice checks, and preparing payments through banking systems.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years' experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, cash flow management & bank journals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications, with hands-on experience in accounting software (such as 1C, D365 or similar).
- Experience working in accounting within travel & tourism would be advantageous.
- You’ll also have great organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach that will help drive your success in this role!
