About the JobWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes, working closely with senior accounting leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with accounting standards • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts • Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances • Maintain organized accounting documentation and financial records • Support audit preparation and compliance requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting and financial processes • Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies
