Accounting Manager (Ocean Shipping / Logistics)

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting and finance operations for the Thai shipping agency branch. • Manage freight billing, Disbursement Accounts (D/A), freight collections, and remitting funds to the HQ in Korea. • Ensure full compliance with Thai tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) and Bank of Thailand (BOT) foreign exchange regulations. • Perform monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing and prepare reports for management and HQ. • Liaise with external legal auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies. • Supervise and guide junior accounting/billing staff.
