We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Assistant in Penrose!

The opportunity…

Based in our Penrose branch, you will be working closely with a team of four with the exciting opportunity to provide back up to Accounts Payable.

This is a Permanent Full-time role**, Monday to Friday,** and the schedule would be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any payment queries.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Recording and filing of payment transactions
  • Processing of Direct Debit form in D365
  • Process credit card payment
  • Provide copy of invoice / statement requested by customer
  • Enter clients invoices into portal
  • Process refund form in D365
  • Backup for accounts payable
  • Other ad-hoc duties

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Attention to details
