Safe Trust Respect Challenge Deliver   Key Tasks & Responsibilities • Ensure invoices are properly approved, matched to purchase orders & good receipt notes, and accurately processed in accordance with company procedures. • Resolve any discrepancies or queries with vendors promptly. • Collaborate with internal teams in response to discrepancies and inquiries. • Prepare and process weekly payment runs. • Maintain and monitor designated Accounts Payable e-mail inboxes. • Reconcile monthly vendor statements, address any discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships. • Weekly reports for internal distribution. • Process changes to vendor account set-ups. • Provide back up for other members of the Accounts Payable team as required. • Adhoc admin duties as required.
