PALFINGER is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Tiffin, OH. In this role, you will manage customer receivables by collecting outstanding payments, applying customer payments accurately, and supporting healthy cash flow across the business. You will partner with customers and internal teams to resolve account inquiries, process refunds, and ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely financial support.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection of customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensure customer payments are received, verified, and accurately recorded in a timely manner.
  • Process customer refunds as required and maintain accurate account records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding account inquiries.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and assist with additional accounting duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external customers while managing multiple priorities.
