• Daily Monitoring Support • Assist in daily monitoring of customer systems using monitoring platforms • Identify basic system status (normal / offline / low performance) • Record monitoring findings accurately in tracking sheets • Data Entry & Updates • Update customer system data in Google Sheets / internal databases • Maintain organised and accurate records for monitoring and service follow-ups • Assist in preparing simple monitoring summaries when required • Customer Service Assistance • Support the customer service team by providing updated system information • Assist in drafting basic customer updates (under guidance) • Help follow up on pending monitoring-related cases • Admin Support • Organise monitoring records, reports, and screenshots • Support other administrative tasks related to monitoring and customer service • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
