Admin Engineering (Champa Office)

Midplaza Prima is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Engineering staff for supporting the smooth operation of the Engineering Department through administrative management, document filing, reporting, vendor coordination, monitoring building maintenance activities, and ensuring that all engineering operational and financial documents are managed in accordance with company procedures. Responsibilities: • Responsible for building administration activities and ensuring all administrative processes, including financial matters (such as invoices, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, etc.), are handled properly in accordance with company procedures. • Maintain good relationships with all tenants within the building. • Ensure the availability of building operational supplies by preparing Purchase Requests and Store Requests in a timely manner while maintaining minimum stock levels. • Respond to all tenant inquiries within the scope of responsibility and authority. • Assist the Chief Engineer and Operational Manager in ensuring smooth operational activities, including administrative and financial-related tasks. • Perform duties related to the IFCA System, Intranet, and Face Recognition Entrance Gate System. • Update tenant data in the Entrance Gate System based on tenant requests and operational building requirements. • Prepare monthly reports, including utility usage, attendance reconciliation, and meal allowance reports, for submission to the relevant departments or parties. • Conduct monthly stock opname (inventory checking and reconciliation).
