Salary Grade: AA1

   

Salary Range: £15.2179 - £19.2751 per hour

 

About the Role:

The States of Guernsey are looking for an Administration Assistant, as part of the Casual Workforce, who are able to assist the Outpatients/Day Assessment Unit on a casual basis as part of Acute Services within the Princess Elizabeth Hospital. 

The role is for the Outpatient Department/Day Assessment Unit who will work within the Administration Team providing ad-hoc support covering Clinic Coordination duties for a variety of services which we support which include Oral Max Fax, Haematology, Osteoporosis, IV clinics, Parkinsons Clinics, Renal/Nephrology etc.   The work is varied and requires someone who is able to adapt and provide support at scheduled times to cover expected absences but who may also be available at short notice for unexpected absences to our clinical/medical teams as well as supporting our patients.  Full training will be provided for all services to be supported.  If you are looking for a varied, interesting role working agreed hours in a friendly team, providing support as and when required, we would be pleased to hear from you.
