Administrator, Market Development - IKC - San Antonio/Austin

Provider Relationship Management • In partnership with central teammates helps maintain relationships with providers including issues regarding payments, operation concerns and clinical outcomes • Identifies and monitors provider clinical issues and concerns, recommends solutions, and works with team to resolve issues. Provider Marketing • Markets the IKC program to DaVita region dialysis centers, nephrologists and primary care physicians; creates and makes presentations as necessary • Develops marketing and educational materials to support the IKC program • Conducts onsite provider education forums, orientations, and provider servicing visits to ensure providers know and understand IKC benefits • Organizes events as necessary within region for providers • Develops a marketing plan for dialysis centers executing and operationalizing that strategy, prioritizing activities, and coordinating with our health plan partners to grow membership
