Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

The primary responsibility of the Team is to enforce data governance of Master Data (M#,B#) through being diligent first level reviewers for the raw materials and the recipes, Provide Security access roles to PDP/DMS /PPM system,  RouteHuman Use Protocols (HUP) through SAP-DMS to the correct reviewers; support the process in Veeva as Admin and Conduct System Testing and System upgrades to ensure compliance

Responsibilities :

  • Data Governance & Quality: You will conduct first-level reviews of raw materials and recipes, ensuring data governance standards are met within a strict 72-hour turnaround time.
  • System Administration & Support: You will serve as a Power User for SAP PDM and DMS systems, providing technical guidance and security access to over 2,000 global end-users.
  • Compliance & Protocol Management: You will route Human Use Protocols (HUP) and Adverse Events (AE) to the correct reviewers and manage the Veeva system as an Administrator to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: You will perform root cause analysis and conduct bi-annual system testing and upgrades (including S4 cloud platforms) to maintain system integrity and resolve technical issues.
  • Global Training & Capability: You will develop and implement training modules for stakeholders and create "Power Trainers" globally to leverage PLM skills across the organization.
  • Strategic Reporting: You will provide regular quality reports to management, implementing recommendations to keep our data systems relevant and future-ready

Required  Qualifications :

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology), Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Technology is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product development within the FMCG, Cosmetic, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Communication: Ability to provide technical support and procedural guidance to a large, English-speaking global user base via multiple communication channels.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • System Expertise: Minimum 1 years of experience specifically in SAP database management or system administration activities.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to drive collaboration, foster experimentation, and promote teamwork within a global technical environment.
  • Agility: A "compliance-first" attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile organization.
