Job Description: 

Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：

Responsible for supplier quality management, quality control, problem solving, and quality level improvement.

负责供应商质量管理，质量监控，问题解决，质量水平提升

Job Responsibilities工作职责

  • Participate in the continuous improvement process of the plant, manage the plant quality system according to the requirements of Faurecia Excellence System, and promote the development and implementation of FES in the department

参与到工厂持续改善过程，按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系，推行FES在本部门的开展与实施     ；

  • Follow up the process of developing new outsourced parts under the cooperation of the project team, participate in the first batch of ECR/ECO sample confirmation and handover tracking in the early stage of the project

在项目团队的合作下跟踪开发新的外购零件过程 ，参与项目前期ECR/ECO首批样品确认及切换跟踪；

  • Identify and control the incoming KPC/KCC of suppliers, confirm the consistency of CP, WI and shipment report, monitor the quality of incoming products from suppliers, and participate in the resolution of quality problems of incoming products in the production line; Supplier's single list of problems closed; Supplier claims during the project phase.

供应商来料的KPC/KCC 识别及控制，确认CP,WI,出货报告的一致性，监控供应商来料产品的质量，参与处理生产线的来料产品质量问题解决；供应商single list 问题关闭情况；项目阶段的供应商索赔。

  • Participate in regular project Review meeting, MPT/EMPT audit during project phase, review and approve production parts approval process (PPAP)

参加项目定期Review 会议，项目阶段的MPT/EMPT审核，审核及批准生产零件批准程序（PPAP）

  • Be responsible for the process audit of existing purchased parts when there is a problem that needs to be solved by an action plan; Responsible for incoming inspection of factory, ensure effective control of incoming inspection process, standard, implementation;

当零件出现问题需要制定行动计划解决时，负责现有外购零件的过程审核；负责工厂的进料检验，确保有效的控制入品检验流程，标准，执行；            

  • Create and review improvement and prevention actions for immediate containment actions with suppliers; Work with project purchasing to manage supplier new project parts development and smooth mass production; Familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA and other quality management tools; Review production Parts approval Procedure (PPAP) after approval by Project quality Engineer and plant quality department

与供应商一起，为立即围堵行动创建并审核改善和预防行动；与项目采购共同协作管理供应商新项目零件的开发及顺利量产；熟悉APQP, FMEA, MSA等质量管理工具；在项目质量工程师和工厂质量部门的批准之后，审核生产零件批准程序(PPAP)      

  • Other assignments given by line manager；

直线经理安排的其他工作；

  • Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implementation in plant.

配合IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO45001以及FES体系在工厂的实施；

  • Ensure full respect of the Code of Conduct\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company

  1. Familiar with IATF16949

熟悉IATF16949体系

  1. PPAP procedure of customer (ind. Program and EC in SOP)

客户PPAP流程(含项目阶段和SOP产品/过程更改时)

  1. Skillful at APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc…

可使用质量工具(APQP, FMEA,SPC,MSA等)

  1. Good communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit;

良好的沟通及谈判技巧、团队合作精神；
