The team you will be part of The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

As an Affiliate Content Strategist, you will: • Develop content directions, creative angles, storytelling frameworks and messaging based on product USP, campaign objectives, and beauty category insights to encourage Affiliate Creators (Top & Mass) to produce high-performing UGC videos. • Collaborate closely with Brand teams to build and maintain an Affiliate Content Hub, ensuring creators have access to updated product information, content assets, campaign guidelines, and best-performing references. • Conduct trendspotting and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging content opportunities, creator behaviors, and platform best practices. • Manage and grow Affiliate Community Groups through content engagement initiatives, creator communication, and activation activities. • Analyze high-performing content and extract actionable insights to share with internal stakeholders, helping improve future creator briefs, campaign performance, and content effectiveness. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Affiliate Manager, and brand stakeholders to ensure content messaging is aligned, impactful, and conversion-driven. • Present content ideas, creator initiatives, and performance insights confidently in team discussions and campaign reviews.
