We are looking for an After Sales Business Developer for the EMEA region to accelerate growth and profitability through smart market development and strategic guidance. In this role, you will work closely with our national distributor partners to strengthen partner performance, increase the penetration of service products and identify opportunities that shape sustainable After Sales success. You will turn insights into business cases, analyze market dynamics and drive initiatives that improve performance across the region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow the After Sales business in EMEA markets together with our national distributor partners
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for After Sales leaders, supporting them in improving performance and market maturity
- Identify growth opportunities through market insights, data and best‑practice sharing across countries
- Strengthen the uptake of After Sales solutions such as spare parts, service contracts and digital services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Spare Part Center, Lead Area Sales Managment, Network Development and Product Management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Several years of experience in After Sales, Service or Business Development in an industrial environment
- Experience working with partners, distributors or service networks in an international setup
- Strong business mindset with the ability to analyze performance and derive practical actions
- High level of autonomy and self-responsibility
- Fluent English - both written and spoken, German is beneficial, willingness to travel internationally >50%

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.799,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
