After School Instructor

What You'll Do: As an After School Instructor you will assist the After School Coordinator develop, direct and supervise daily activity programs for children. You will help create a warm, caring, and safe environment to support children in ways that improve the overall quality of care and education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Administer direct supervision of children at Easter Seals and at school sites
• Generate age-appropriate lesson plans for each area of instruction.
• Ensure safety and promote active learning through age-appropriate activities and play.
• Setup appropriate study group homework incentives.
• Attend required staff meetings
• Maintain required in-service training hours.
• Administer scheduled snacks.
• Complete accurate incident reports when necessary.
